The following terms apply to all orders placed on our website. We reserve the right to amend this policy without prior notice when necessary, and we retain the right to make the final decision in cases of disputes.
✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility
At Eclecticbags, we accept returns and exchanges if you’ve changed your mind or received a defective item. Please do not send any items back without notifying us first via email.

Return & refund requests must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

Items must be returned unused, in original condition and packaging with all accessories included.

Items marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are excluded from this policy.

Items purchased as part of a bundle/set must be returned as a full set.

Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days.
Step 3:
If approved, we’ll email you a return label. Print the label and send the item(s) back in original packaging to:

❌ Return/Refunds Are Not Accepted If:

Returned items are used, opened, or missing packaging/accessories
💵 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

We do not charge a return shipping fee for defective items or change of mind returns.

There is no restocking fee in any case.

If your refund is delayed:

Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to reflect.

We’ll process exchanges for the same item only.
🚫 Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After that time, cancellations may be treated as a standard return.
📦 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible for the loss.
