✅ Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • Your request is made within 30 calendar days from the date the product was delivered.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original tags, accessories, and documentation.

  • Bundled items or promotional sets must be returned in full.

  • Returns must be approved and authorized via email prior to shipment.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Items that show signs of use or damage caused by misuse.

  • Items returned after 30 days.

  • Items missing original packaging or accessories.

To begin a return or refund:

💳 Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 3–10 business days.

  • No restocking fees apply.

🔄 Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item only (e.g. a different color or size, subject to availability).

🚫 Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • We cover all return shipping costs using our prepaid return label for eligible returns and exchanges.

  • Customer must use the provided label. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
